My Contributions
I was tasked as the Cinematographer and Colorist. I also aided in post-sound. The director and I worked closely together to conceptualize a script into visual ideas into moving pictures. I personally take credit for the look of the film. I directed the gaffers to set lights in places that the camera would capture. Then captured that into the camera. Finally, I adjusted the look of each shot by applying an intentionally designed color grade.
Radience Cinema
Cinematographer - Editor - Sound Designer
January 2024 - July 2024
Radiance Cinema is an immersive filmmaking course provided by Ball State University's College of Communication, Information, and Media. This program was in its infancy at the time that I participated. I started working with Radiance Cinema in August of 2023 and continued working for the program as a leader until May of 2025. During my time at Radiance, I participated in many set roles and then worked specifically as a cinematographer, editor, colorist, gaffer, and digital imaging technician. While I went from role to role, the program recognized me as a leader. I was in charge of educating my peers and advocating the program.
